Understanding laterality better

Frustrating that is has a hard time differntiating left and right. Often times heidi has a difficult time understanding the context of the word "right". if i am seeing a patient for left knee pain and discuss left knee etc etc, the moment i say "right" (aka youre correct etc) as a response to the patients question, heidi seems to become confused and overhauls the template to document the right knee being evaluated. this leads to the note documenting the wrong side and wasting time. Happens very frequently. ive tried using the "context" feature and still seems to happen frequently

Hi - just a note - and have a colleague experiencing the same issue - Heidi frequently and consistently cofuses left and right and does not report the correct side of injury even if expressly stipulated. It would be great to have this corrected - Thanks
Tom
Hey Barret Clough, thanks for your feedback! I have a few more questions for you:
- Can you provide specific examples or phrases where the confusion between 'right' as a direction and 'right' as a confirmation occurs?
- Have you noticed if this issue occurs more frequently with certain types of medical conditions or during specific parts of the patient visit?
- Is there a particular way you phrase your sentences that seems to trigger this issue more often?
