Upload schedule to pre-chart future sessions

Can we please have a way to pre-chart for future appointments on the schedule tab? You are not integrated with my EHR. It would be nice to prep the next day's patients chart rather than copying and pasting information the day of.

Theo from Heidi its buggy. If clinic list is put in the day before with correct date and time of appt; the notes generated usually have the wrong date (the day before)

Theo from Heidi it works really well! Thanks for working on this!
Theo from Heidi
Adnan Nagrial: Hey - can you make sure you're including some indicator of the date if you're using a screenshot otherwise it won't know which date and will likely default to the current day
If you already are can you DM me at theo@heidihealth.com with some examples so I can debug for you

Theo from Heidi thanks; yes date is in the image. It puts in the date/time correctly in the schedule but then when transcribing the consult; uses the date the schedule was put in eg if I put in clinic schedule for monday may 18 the day prior on sunday may 17. Schedule will be accurate in heidi with correct date and time of appt. But transcriptolm will say: Mr X was seen on May 17.
Theo from Heidi
Adnan Nagrial: Thanks - I can reproduce so have raised this with our Medical Knowledge team to put in a fix
Theo from Heidi
Adnan Nagrial: Hey - if you use an instruction like this in your template it should work fine:
[Insert appointment date and time as per recording start time] (Include the Date and time as per recording start time in the activity log. Write in format MM/DD/YY and HH:MM)
I just tried this and seems to work well

Link to add schedule has been removed unless integrating
D
David Goodman
As of today there is no link for me to be able to add my calendar of patients scheduled for the day for upcoming sessions in the scribe. Currently our EHR does not integrate with Hiedi so this is a really important portion for me. Any help would be great.
Heidi Team
Thanks for flagging this — I can see how losing the manual schedule link would be a big disruption, especially if your EHR isn’t integrated.
This sounds like something that may have changed or isn’t loading correctly rather than a pure feature request. Our support team would be happy to help with this.

Upload or paste the schedule of patients to start building sessions

Please add a feature where we can upload or paste a group of patient names with their appt times (and appt date) to have sessions already started for a future date.
Or, better yet, build better integration with eCW.

Bulk Upload Patient Schedules for All Users
S
Susannah Wilson
I noticed that the Bulk Upload Patient Schedules feature is currently in beta and not available to all users. It would be beneficial if this feature could be rolled out to everyone, as it would greatly enhance our scheduling efficiency. Having access to this feature would streamline our workflow and improve overall productivity.

why wouldn't that be available for paid users?

Use a list to create the day's sessions

I would like to upload/copy&paste a daily patient list and have it autopopulate my sessions for the day. You have made it available for integrated EHRs, but my EHR is not supported. Can you add this feature for all users?

Upload to session list from screenshot feature

David Chin-Shong
The upload-to-session list from screenshot feature is currently in beta. Our receptionists are eager for this feature to go live as it would streamline their workflow significantly. Could you provide an update on when this feature will be fully available?
