Heard you loud and clear. Change has been reverted. Sessions demarcated by actual date in your sidebar.

Dim-witted me have lost notes by inadvertently deleting ones I meant to keep because of this "X day ago" labeling ...
Shana
I have to pull up a calendar to see what the date was 4 days ago was every time I need to finish notes from the end of last week and it is just so pointless. Please fix!

Please add a feature of the actual date of the consultation, not how many days ago it was dictated. eg- 2 days ago, 4 days ago... etc. but the actual date of diction; 2/9/25, 13/10/24.

Please could you revert to putting the date for note instead of ( "one day ago", "two days ago" etc.). A date is much clearer in my opinion.

Requests that session notes in the sidebar always display the exact date (e.g. August 25, 2025) instead of relative wording (Today, Yesterday, 2 days ago).

Seriously! This is so frustrating and not helpful. It's the reason I sought out this page to report this as an issue. Thanks for saying something about it, Heather!
