When in the transcript it seems that a task has been completed, enter it as a validated task (marked as done)

Toute phrase correspondant à une tâche accomplie : "Voilà, je vous ai imprimé l'ordonnance" "Tenez je vous la donne" "Je vous fais le courrier" etc...

Selon moi, ce serait bien que la tâche soit affichée et marquée comme accomplie. On pourra toujours lire toutes les tâches "accomplies" et décocher s'il y a une erreur. (C'est mieux de ne pas avoir à revalider ces tâches, ça évitera beaucoup de clics).
