Very poor performance in getting names right

Heidi is basically useless when it comes to recognising the spelling of names which creates issues for my assistant when trying to find the doctors that were mentioned during the session.
I'm suggesting that heidi retains the audio recording just for the names so they can be played back and interpreted by a human later.

I left this as a comment separately and my comment was merged elsewhere, but it is the absolutely identical issue....please merge these all so you see what a big problem it is@ Even when I spell the name during my dictation, even twice, it still messes up name spelling and I just want a personal section that will recognize common names and places I mention. This is an issue multiple times every day!

Hello James Stoney! I have a few more questions for you:
- Can you provide examples of names that were incorrectly transcribed?
- How important is it for your workflow to have the correct spelling of names immediately versus later verification?
- Would you be comfortable with Heidi retaining audio recordings temporarily for the purpose of improving name recognition?

Kheng Soo and Cos Stambe are my 2 physicians and I regiularly mention them in correspondence. Heidi never gets them right even though in my template I have the following paragraph
(Please use these spellings for common words: Cos Stambe, Kheng Soo, Donvale Rehab, I-Med, Box Hill, Mitcham Private Hospital, Lumus imaging, Adeney Private Hospital, my PA is Maddy not Maddie)

I dont want to have to correct spellings in letters. Ideally I should be able to create a register of common names that I can add to gradually as they appear and then Heidi checks this list when it creats letters. I dont mind correcting spelling once but not everytime I write a letter
