Video platform, phone in and out, bookings, reminders and integration of these to my EHR

I’m a GP running a telehealth‑only ADHD/psychiatry‑focused practice using:
- Zedmed Cloud as my PMS
- Heidi AI Scribe + AI Evidence, already integrated with Zedmed Cloud for in‑consult documentation
- HotDoc for bookings/reminders
- Coviu for video consults (and occasional phone calls)
- Zoom Phone as a practice number
I’d like to move toward Heidi being the main platform around Zedmed Cloud. Specifically, I want all of these, as integrated as possible:
- Video platform for telehealth
- Call‑out option for clinician‑to‑patient calls
- AI Scribe (already using)
- AI Evidence (already using)
- AI Comms (inbound call agent, SMS/email, reminders and simple follow‑ups)
- Integration with Zedmed Cloud for appointments and reminders, and/or integration with HotDoc if that’s still necessary.
If I only needed Heidi and my EHR that would be perfect.

Thanks for such a thoughtful write-up, Meg McKeown — super clear use case, and it makes a lot of sense to want Heidi to be the “hub” around Zedmed.
A few parts of what you’re after are already in the Heidi direction (e.g., in-browser video consults with transcript capture, and we can handle inbound/outbound calls with transcripts + task creation), and we also support pulling schedules into Heidi via EHR appointment book integrations.
To help us share this with the right team with the right detail, could you clarify a couple of things?
1) For telehealth: do you need Heidi video to fully replace Coviu (e.g., waiting room, SMS link to join, consent/recording controls), or is “reliable video + transcript capture” the main requirement?
2) For calling: is the priority outbound clinician-to-patient calls from a practice number (like Zoom Phone), inbound triage/answering, or both?
3) On integrations: do you want appointments/reminders to be driven from Zedmed Cloud directly, or would “Heidi ↔ HotDoc” integration still be acceptable if Zedmed is limited?
If you can share an example of your ideal end-to-end workflow (booking → reminder → consult → note/documents → follow-up), that’d be perfect. We’ll pass this through to the product team.
