When notes are not uploaded to context i.e because they are too big, it doesn’t let you know that they haven’t been upoloaded

1) I’m uploading from an external file. Usually a PDF document
2) No error message, it means I haven’t realised it’s not uploaded on a few occasions
3) Usually larger PDF files, they often look like they are uploading, with the small circle, then just disappear with no error message

Thanks for flagging this — totally makes sense. If a note fails to upload to context (e.g., due to size), you should get a clear heads-up rather than finding out later.
A couple quick questions so we can share the right detail with the team:
1) Where are you uploading the note into “context” from (e.g., consult screen, templates, a specific context panel)?
2) When it fails, do you see any error at all, or does it look like it uploaded successfully?
3) If you can, could you share an example file type + rough size (or a screenshot of what you see right after uploading)?
We’ll pass this feedback on — improving upload/notification clarity here would be really helpful.
