Patient name, date, time and session summary are now separate display 'columns'
This means that the patient name gets compressed into an unadjustable column. 
As someone who doesn't have EHR integration, I use a few key words as a summary after the patient name. This is because the session summary is not editable when preparing the list (only after Heidi has created its own)
Please just go back to dividing the session list into dates and allow us to edit the session summary ourselves when we are preparing clinics.
It feels like every update Heidi is making to the interface is making the experience more frustrating.

Hey everyone, thanks for being vocal and sharing your pain points, dates are visible again by default in the same view -- no need to change any settings or toggles unless you have other preferences. Your preferences should also save the next time you refresh the page!

Liz from Heidi Hi Liz, this may seem minor, but the previous date display, where there was actually a line separating each day from the next, was much easier to see. Having the date displaying small next to the time, with no demarcation between days, is not as good/visible/accessible. Can it not just be changed back to the original display, which clearly a lot of folks preferred? thank you

I agree- the previous display where patients were shown by date was MUCH better, please put that feature back. I want to be able to see which patients I saw on a given day, rather than having to search by individual patient or individual date. I also like being able to scroll back easily through the previous week with each day’s patient list automatically grouped together.

Hi Priya Watson -- we've been listening to the feedback and have updated this view so you can see the date and time by default :) you don't need to change any toggles or settings to see this in your view

The New side list by patient is not an improvement. To have date and time to find session need 5 inches of space on screen. ;(. Was better with date on top of list patient that day with time on side. Diagnosis before that. Give option too to select Patient as well as available Time,Date, Clinician, Remote ? Getting harder to find past visits

I also liked being able to see by day. Even if the new default has to be different, couldn't there be a toggle to enable users to view the other way as per preference? Thanks.

I agree I prefer the old session view instead. specifically have all patients under the same date in 1 section and clear empty sessions with 1 button. it is harder to find things now & like others have mentioned much more overwhelming. it is almost like when someone has countless documents on their computer desktop rather than having them in folders.

I really like the flattening of all the session Upcoming or Past into a single view especially as I import my sessions for the week on a Monday morning. I agree, though, that a date divider might make it less overwhelming on the eye. And when I open the app, can it default to selecting the next session chronologically if there is a long list stretching into the future
