Work in Multiple Clinics? Option to label sessions to sort!

Would love the ability to label sessions or at least tag them somehow, so that I can keep my multiple clinics separate, this would be so helpful! Different clinics = different note styles.

It would be great to have the ability to easily change the label.
1) It does not have to be directly connected to templates, but the option to set my Heidi at "Clinic A" for the morning so all notes during that time are automatically tagged under that clinic, and then the option to change to "Clinic B" in the afternoon, so that any sessions after that would be tagged that clinic, would be great!
2) I would filter for all my "Clinic A" notes, so that when I am doing admin catchup work, I can solely look at that clinic, and remove notes specific to that clinic, rather then sorting through my different sessions and trying to figure out which notes related to that particular clinic.
3) They are different specialties. For example, one clinic I may see a specific condition, so those notes need to be more detailed for that specific type of appointment (which I use the templates for), but I would LOVE if Heidi could "learn my language" for each clinic eventually, as the tone is often quite different. They also differ between in-person, and virtual care. For a specific clinic, I am always in person, so the notes and language need to represent that, and for a different clinic, I am always virtual, so there is a different set of language and identity checks in those notes, some of which I have supported with templates.
My workaround at this time is to name my patients according to clinic, so my list of sessions may appear like this:
Bob Clinic A
Tom Clinic A
Jim Clinic B
Tommy Clinic B
Joe Clinic C
etc

Thanks for sharing this — totally makes sense when you’re bouncing between clinics multiple times a day, especially if each one needs a different note style.
We’ll share this with the team. A couple quick questions so we understand what would work best:
1) Would you want the label/tag set per session (e.g., “Clinic A / Clinic B”), or automatically based on something like a template/settings choice?
2) How would you ideally use it — filter/search your session list, or just a visual label so you can spot the right clinic quickly?
3) Are the “different note styles” mainly different templates/sections, or different wording/tone requirements?
If you can share an example of the clinic labels you’d use (and where you’d expect to see them in the UI), that’d be really helpful.
