A few months ago, before upgrading to Heidi Evidence, I specifically asked the Heidi team whether eTG was used as a reference and was told that it was. I relied on this information when deciding to cancel my eTG subscription and invest in the Heidi upgrade instead.

I was therefore very disappointed to later discover that Heidi does not use eTG at all. As this was a key factor in my decision to upgrade, I feel the information I was given was misleading and would appreciate this feedback being taken seriously.
