You should be able to turn on the new layout by going into Settings > Heidi Labs > Refreshed Session Layout

Are you unable to see that option in labs, or unable to see labs at all?

If you could also let me know if you are in a team account, and whether your email on Canny is the same as your Heidi email, and I can look at trouble shooting this for you!
