I don't see any improvement in this area.

I have corrected names of medications, specialist names etc every time but the personalisation does not happen. This is happening on a regular basis.

I have used a few other programs where this issue is well sorted.

Heidi is good, there is no question about it, but this one is a big let down. I know a few GPs in my town who have changed to a different program, costing less and good vocabulary. I still like Heide and would like to seen a good improvement in this section.

Kindly look into this please.
