Any chance of better integration of Heidi with Multimodal Fluency Flex (FESR)

Many hospitals in BC Canada use FESR for dictations. It will be very helpful if there were better integration between Heidi and FESR.

Thanks for getting back to me Mo. At the moment there is no EMR integration available for at least Meditech within Fraser Health in BC. We use Heidi to create and transcribe documents through templates or with the smart dictation function. The problem comes with copying and pasting into FESR, to be able to publish it in the hospital EMR. The document just does not look the same on the FESR side and it leads to a lot of editing. One thing that will be helpful will be to create bullet points and not just dashes/hyphens. Under plan, in FESR, it recognizes bullet points as both a new line to create and number. To answer your question about how frequently: Every work day for history and physicals at admission, discharge summaries at discharge and transfer summaries for the handover from one physician to the next
