Clinician-only dictation and consent
– After a patient consultation, you sometimes need to dictate additional clinical notes using only your own voice. Heidi still requires you to confirm patient consent, even though the patient is no longer present or being recorded. I want a
“Clinician-only dictation”
option that can be added to the same consultation rather than creating a separate note. 2.
Incorrect attribution of other people's medical conditions
– Regular patients often talk about the health of partners, relatives or friends, especially in community clinics. Heidi can incorrectly interpret these conditions as belonging to the patient and highlight them in the patient's record. I need the ability to
edit, remove or reassign incorrectly attributed medical information
so the patient's record remains accurate.
