Copy-Paste issue heidi to PMS, template lay-out gone.

Using paid version of Heidi Desktop version, I pref desktop version as seems more stable and and browser frequently giving microphone access issues.
Issue:
Desktop version working well, however when trying to copy completed notes into PMS (MyPractice, Version 25.9.9463.43079) All the layout and formatting disappears. All the texted moves into 1 compressed paragraph.
This does not happen when I use the Heidi web-based service, then copy paste works fine.
I found out the Heidi Desktop consult notes, do copy fine into MS word, lay-out is maintained. If I then copy/cut this from word into my PMS, the layout is maintained.
while a work around, this is an extra step and kinda annoying.
Can this be sorted?

Ever since your last update. I am not able to copy the format of the note properly to my office software. This only happens when I am using the desktop app.

My template has 4 sections with titles. Before the app update, I was able to copy and paste the notes with formatting to my clinic software, but ever since the update, the copied notes appears in the clinic software as a block without all the spacing. If I use the website it does not happen. Can you please fix this?

Please allow formatting to remain the same when copying notes. Currently the bold subject heading are lost and replaced with ** which looks messy.

I used to be able to copy text maintaining the bold, underlined and italicised text but now these text sections just have ** either side of them which is very annoying and is going to take ages to keep correcting!

Can you integrate with Carebit. At the moment, when I cut and paste notes or dicatations into Carebit all the formatting (e.g. line spaces and bold text) is lost. If that could be corrected, that would save me more time in formatting after importing.

When I paste into my EMR there are no separations between paragraphs/empty lines to separate sections like in my Heidi output. This makes it difficult to read since there is no rich text.

Match destination formatting

When I cut and past notes from Heidi into a letter template in Medical Director, the pasted notes do not match the destination format. I have to change font size to match. The odd thing is that earlier in the year it was matching the formatting, but at some point in the last 2 months something changed and this is no longer the case.
