Dear Heidi Support Team,

I am currently using Heidi AI Scribe with my EMR (MedAccess) and find it very helpful in my clinical workflowI was wondering if there are any plans to integrate Heidi directly into MedAccess so it could be launched from within a patient’s chart. For example, clicking a “Launch Heidi” button in the patient profile could open the recording interface with the patient’s basic details (such as name, DOB, or age) already linked to that encounter.

I was also wondering if there might be a future option to send the generated note directly back to the EMR after the recording is completed. Ideally, each section (Subjective, Objective, Assessment, Plan) could populate the corresponding fields in the chart, rather than requiring manual copy-and-paste.

I have noticed that other AI scribes, such as Tali, have implemented similar integrations with MedAccess, and it makes the workflow very efficient. I would be interested to know if something similar is planned for Heidi.
