EMR integration ClinicToCLoud
Kelly Nguyen
Hi Patrick Moore Thank you for raising this. I wanted to give you an update that we've reached out to Clinic 2 Cloud several times to attempt partnership discussions but have not heard back. Are you able to please contact Clinic 2 Cloud and request that they get in touch with our Heidi partnership lead luci@heidihealth.com
Thank you
Heidi Team
Thanks for reaching out, Patrick Moore — totally hear you on wanting a smoother “click to push” workflow with Clinic to Cloud. Just so we understand what you’re aiming for: when you say click to push, what should happen on that click (e.g., open Heidi from a patient record, push the generated note back into Clinic to Cloud, or both)? And where in your flow would you want it most — during a live consult from an open chart, or after the consult when you’re finalizing documentation? Lastly, which Clinic to Cloud area do you live in most (clinical notes, appointments/schedule, billing), and which one would you want Heidi to connect with first?

Thanks for the quick reply.
Answering in order:
- What should happen on click?
Priority is push: after a consult in Heidi, one click sends the generated documents (GP letter, transcript, history summary) into the patient's record in Clinic to Cloud. That's where my time goes right now, cut and paste three times per consult.
Bonus would be the reverse: opening Heidi from a C2C patient record with demographics already loaded as context. But push is the bigger win.
- Where in the flow?
After-consult push is the priority. That's the bottleneck. Live-capture inside the record (your Embed pattern) is also useful, but solves a smaller problem for me.
- Which C2C area first?
Clinical notes / documents. The three Heidi artefacts (letters, transcripts, consultation notes) all attach to a patient as documents or letters, so that's one integration surface that covers most of my workflow. Appointments and billing can come later.
For context: I'm a bariatric and upper GI surgeon in Melbourne, all consultations done through Heidi. Happy to be a beta site for the Australian C2C connector if you go ahead with it.
