What specific information would you like to include in the header or footer?
Should the header or footer be customizable for each session or standardized across all sessions?
Are there any compliance or regulatory requirements that the header or footer needs to meet?

mainly a disclaimer for any missed minor errors to protect us from Medical; Council (MCNZ) - thus to be standardised on the report
No regulatory requirements as yet
If there is a customisable option I can arrange,not sure
