Integration with Cliniko for SMALL business owners

Hi. I would like to suggest a feature to the sales team around enabling integration of Cliniko x Heidi for small business owners. At the moment, it only allows bigger clinics to access this integration. For this reason, I will consider switching from Heidi to another software that allows me integration at an affordable level. I'm happy to transition from free to paid, but can't afford the practice or enterprise level as my business is not at that point. If there was a cheaper feature for smaller small businesses, that make me think twice about switching software.

For this reason, I will consider switching from Heidi to another software that allows me integration at an affordable level. I'm happy to transition from free to paid, but can't afford the practice or enterprise level as my business is not at that point. If there was a cheaper feature for smaller small businesses that allowed integration, I would not only stay with Heidi but transition from free to paid.

This is something that’s come up quite a bit recently, and our team is actively reviewing the current pricing structure for integrations. We do recognise that, as it stands, the pricing isn’t as accessible as it could be for small businesses and individual practitioners.
It’s definitely something we’re working on, and we’re hoping to have an update to share in the near future.
