Hello Heidi Team,
We are currently setting up a new family practice in Ontario and will be using TELUS Collaborative Health Record (CHR) as our EMR.
We are very interested in Heidi and would like to ask whether you are planning a full, native integration with TELUS CHR, similar to your deeper EMR integrations.
If so, could you please let us know:
Whether a full CHR integration is currently planned or under development.
What functionality you expect it to include, such as launching Heidi directly from CHR, accessing patient context, and automatically transferring completed notes back into the patient chart.
Whether you have an estimated timeline or anticipated release date.
This information would be very helpful as we decide which AI scribe to implement for our clinic.
