Yes, I understand that Accuro has integrated with Heidi, so hopefully PS suite can be next. Agree, it is the most common EMR.

Integration with Telus Practice Solutions EMR

I use Telus Practice Solutions EMR and it would be beneficial to have an integration with your platform. This would streamline my workflow and improve efficiency by allowing seamless data transfer between the two systems. Is there any plan to implement this integration?
Tom
Great to hear your perspective, John Stirrat! Following up on this:
- What specific features or data points would you like to see integrated between Heidi Health and Telus Practice Solutions EMR?
- How frequently do you anticipate using the integration, and in what scenarios would it be most beneficial?
- Are there any specific security or compliance requirements we should be aware of when integrating with Telus Practice Solutions EMR?

Thanks Tom. First scheduling integration - if heidi could be aware of the schedule adn allow to launch a patient identified session from the EMR that would be amazing. PSSuite has "custom fields" that you can put in a sidebar in the patient chart. It would be amazing ot have a custom field for example "Context" that could be a conglomoration of whatever chart info the physician wanted Heidi to be aware of. It would also be very helpful if Heidi could dump its resultant output into a custom field, perhaps "Heidi Note" and that saves copying/pasting between the interfaces. You would then need to ahve heidi know patient ID#'s (Each patient gets a unique ID number). Another option is PSS has toolbars which OCEAN has one for their integration, and that could have the links - and the patient demographics can be embedded (simply name and a diagnosis for visit would be helpful to have). So rather than launch Heidi, make patient file, copy context, talk to patient, finish Heidi, copy note back to EMR, it would be - open visit in PSS (as you have to do anyways). Dump context data into field, launch hedi through EMR. When heidi done, data gets pushed into the PSS custom field, then a single button could insert in chart with customaformatting, time/date stamping, etc.

That type of integration owudlbe used for basically all patients. I'm not sur eof specific compliance requirements I guess that would be a quesiton for the Telus/PSS team? There are so many family doctors in our province on PSS, I think it is the most common EMR.

When might Heidi and PS Suite integration occur?

Wondering when Heidi might be integrated with Practice Solutions Suite or PSS? This is a very common EMR in primary care in Ontario and integration would be extremely helpful in reducing some of the additional administrative burden that is associated with AI which is not integrated, like adding patients to a schedule, loading notes and test results, uploading completed documentation and so on. There are some AI scribes that are somewhat less helpful overall compared to Heidi, like Mika and AutoScribe but are integrated and this saves a lot of time and work.

Suggest integration with Telus - MedAccess EMR. This is used by all academic and government-funded clinics in Saskatchewan. It is also likely to be used by the Virtual Health Hub once we are up and running and we will all be using an Ambient AI scribe for the massive numbers of clinical users through that facility.
