Add an integration feature for an option or check box that can be clicked when a user is satisfied with the note and copied and pasted it into the EMR. This way, users don't have to double check if a note needs to be reviewed or if they've missed a note since it's easier to identify rather then going back and forth from EMR to Heidi.
