Thanks for the suggestion, Danielle van Andel — an integration with Practice Perfect EMR makes a lot of sense, especially if you’re using Heidi multiple times a day.
I’ll share this request with the team. A couple quick questions so we understand what “good” looks like for you:
1) What workflow are you hoping for—push Heidi notes back into Practice Perfect, pull patient demographics/appointments into Heidi, or both (bi-directional)?
2) Which parts of Practice Perfect would you want it to connect with (appointments, patient chart, billing, document templates, etc.)?
3) Are you using Practice Perfect in-browser, desktop, or both?
If you can share an example of the screen/workflow you’re aiming for (or a screenshot with any sensitive info removed), that’d be really helpful too.

Most important is pushing Heidi notes into Practice Perfect, but bidirectional would be even better. Connecting with appointment and patient charts are the most important. I'm using Practice Perfect desktop, though occasional in-browser.

I have been using Heidi Health’s AI tools and find them efficient and valuable. I would like to suggest exploring an integration between Practice Perfect and Heidi Health. This interoperability would enhance usability for clinicians using both systems, creating a seamless workflow. It would also reinforce Practice Perfect’s position in practice management innovation.

Hi,
I think I can get around with a proper template that have all the same titles and headings as Practice Perfect.
When taking the integration up with them, they rather tried to convince me making use of their own Ai product.

Hi Tom,
I have customized a template with Titles, Subtitles and Headings in Bold font and underlined, but the moment I Copy and Paste in into my Practice Perfect software , I loose the bold font and underlining of the headings. It comes out in the normal font with 2 asterisks in front and at the end of the heading. Is there anyway I can change this ?
