Pricing

Pricing is rather high, with increasing competition I would expect this to go down. As an independent practitioner we already spend on our EHRs, Cloud storages, devices and other hardware, domain names, website, corporate email ....

I couldn't agree more, as a UK GP, we often earn a lot less less than hospital doctors on average, especially those of us that work less than full time. Overall compared to the US, all of our healthcare professionals earn significantly less.
Ironically, we the most likely to want to use your excellent service, given out 10-15 minute appointments!
Some more flexibility, like being able to pay in 3 months blocks for a monthly rate similar to you annual prescription would go a long way to making this more affordable; and a doscount for residents and allied HCPs would go a long way - I really think at present you're cutting yourself out of a huge proportion of your potential customers with the lack of flexibility in you payment plans.

Yeh I agree, I am a sole trader using halaxy and was confused about why it was so expensive to use the software if I did it through the integration

Halaxy Integration - cost discrepancy
David Joyce
I have just hooked up my Halaxy software to Heidi Health and been switched to the 'Together Plan'. Inside Halaxy, as I was linking it to Heidi health, it was indicated the cost of the Together Plan was going to be AUD108/9 (not much more than I am paying for the non-integrated version) but in Heidi Health it has switched me to an annual plan costing USD1,199 due after the free trial of the Together plan expires. By my reckoning that’s equivalent to AUD150 a month. Can you let me know why the discrepancy? And is there an option to pay for the Together Plan monthly rather than annually in advance.
