I integrated QOF codes in my notes but now ive lost them after some update? - i've pasted synonyms and their codes in the memory and modified the template to reflect this--- can this be reinstated please? the algorithm is completely ignoring my codes. I dont need SNOMED Codes as they prove no help with my practice.
