Hi @dhmc office Thank you for raising this, Could you please confirm if you are able to generate the note (SOAP or other templates) based on your transcription ?

Once the note is generated, if EMR integration is available there would be a "Push note to EMR" button on the top right corner. Are you able to advise which EMR system do you use ?
