Xestro Integration

I contacted Xestro about Heidi Integration and they said "Thanks for reaching out about Heidi integration. We previously contacted Heidi, but they've advised they're unable to offer integration with us at this time." Given it is the fastest growing practice software in Australia and tends to be used by the type of clinicians who are keen to use AI in their practices, can Heidi integration be prioritised?

Having Heidi integrated to Xestro would be great! Adding to what George suggested, if Heidi could have access to previous notes to understand context, instead of me having to copy that information into Heidi, that'd be ideal.

Thanks for sharing your feedback, we will take this on board. I have now reached out to Xestro team to initiate discussion regarding an integration.
Could you please share how you envision the integration between Xestro and Heidi to work ? for example:
- Heidi pull upcoming appointments from Xestro and shown them as "scheduled session" in Heidi. This include patient information
- Heidi provide a button e.g. "Save note to Xestro" which will automatically copy the note into Xestro without manual handling
I wanted to make sure we are designing the integration to solve the right problem you are facing

- It would be good for heidi to be able to pull upcoming appointments and scheduled surgery with details and be ready for use immediately prior to the rooms. A button to save to xestro would be very good.
- The other would be the ability to generate letters to xestro personalised template directly to reduce the number of steps required.
- I am planning to use the heidi remote especially in theatres for notes and op report. It would be helpful to have that uploaded directly to xestro too.
- For letter generation is there an ability for heidi to pick up summary of treatment from previous episodes to add to letter?
