ADmin unable to generate new session

I upgraded to Atogether plan in an effort to allow admin access. I want my secrteray to be able to setup lists of patients for me and prepopulate context. Having upgraded Admin unable to create new Sessions. The bot in tech support (Fin) is going round in circles saying its not possible. Is it or isn't it?

Mo from Heidi The assistant mode doesnt allow pasting of information into Context section. Once you change to it from Admin it doens't allow a change back
