Client speech not captured in online session

In 2 sessions today, with the new Live Transcribe function, none of my client's words were captured. I am using the same set up as usual and even tried switching microphones between the built in one on my monitor to my laptop but neither helped. It did pick up everything I said...
Seems to coincide with the new Live Transcribe function

Similar issue with majority of session content not captured. Tested with a concurrent VTT app open in another window and it was able to capture all the conversation without missing anything.

The same thing has been happening to me. I have spent several hours troubleshooting the issue, thinking the issue was related to my microphone's settings, but it's not.
