As of 10.9.2024 Copying and pasting the letter into WORD docs has altered the formatting. You are no longer able to highlight problem lists to format them in word without shifting the whole letter across. the margins get all out of sync. You can't add an item to a list as it cannot be included in the numbered list without altering the whole list. This is very time consuming to fix. Please look into this as the formatting is very problematic.
