Error Messages on Mobile App

I am also having an issue with the android app that I was previously not having in the past. Whenever I start a session to record, it gives me an error stating the following:
"There was an error starting your recording. Failed to start recording session, please restart the app."
Unfortunately restarting has not worked. It is only a problem on my android. I have a Galaxy S22 if that makes a difference. This is not a problem when I do this on my computer.

Hi Andrea,
Not Frederick, but chiming in. I use Android, and the app doesn't open. Sign in- page not found. I can use it from a browser bookmark.
If I force the screen to stay on it *usually works, but it's been losing some sessions lately.
I copy and paste into my EHR.
I love it. Sometimes I feel like it's the only way I survived my documentation, but if it's supposed to run an app, I can't for some reason.

Hi, great to hear the feedback!
I have passed on your template to the template team and they have now approved it, thank you for helping out other Heidi's👍🏼
I have escalated the computer issue, to see if this is an us issue or something to do with the ED's firewall set up.
Love that you have found a way around the issue, I'll keep you posted on what we find.
I will add you on the email list for a beta test we have soon, for a new and updated version on the mobile app. Do you only use iOS mobile, no Android?

It only seems to happen on the app on my iphone 12 pro. but if I'm using my ipad mini or my macbook pro, there doesn't seem to be much issues. not sure if it's because my iphone is also incoming/outgoing for calls/text/etc

Hey Frederick - what types of error messages are you seeing? Internet connection or something else?

Andrea howdy! I have absolutely loved using Heidi in all the ER's I work at. It has 1000% improved my efficiency, time spent with patients, and I almost never have to change things after building my template - "ED MDM Dr. P". I uploaded it to the community but it still says "in review". There are extremely few number of ED-based templates as it is very difficult given the extremely broad nature of patients we seen. Unlike a clinic where you are just in and out and done. In the ED, you have frequent reassessments, consultations, etc. and I have built an extremely robust template that I think would be extremely beneficial for other ED providers.
Also, I am actually writing an article to be featured in our summer edition of our Potter-Randall County Medical Society Journal - "Panhandle Health" - about AI in the ED as it is such a dynamic and unique place to use AI scribe.
I would be highly interested in being a beta tester, or help out in other ways, if needed from an ED physician standpoint as I use Heidi across several different EMRs - Cerner, Meditech, Epic (none of which are actually incorporated unfortunately).
There is one problem I have run into at one of the critical-access hospital ED I work at - heidihealth.com website is allowed, but when I try to login, it is blocked and they IT people told me it's because it is out of the country website?? Any thoughts on overcoming this other than IT escalating it up to corporate?

Andrea as an example, I am working at Pampa Regional Medical Center currently for 24-hrs (critical access hospital ED), and because heidi login is blocked on the main ED computer, these are the steps I utilize to still be able to use Heidi:
Ridiculous but still WAY more efficient than dictating each note (see attached pic)
Step 1: use Heidi my ipad mini with lapel mic
Step 2: copy/paste to word doc in OneDrive on my Macbook
Step 3: auto saves to word doc in OneDrive on Pampa PC
Step 4: copy/paste to meditech EMR

Andrea Correct, I only use the apple ecosystem - iphone 12 pro, ipad mini pro, and macbook pro

Andrea II found your Instagram page, and would love to do a collaboration with you. And am happy to be a Heidi health partner/ambassador from an ED physician/provider standpoint as it is extremely challenging using AI scribes in the emergency department, given the broad range of patient and patient complaints, as well as need for numerous reassessment, and the need for numerous consultations. I have tried a couple of different AI software‘s, but truly found Heidi to be the best one to accommodate the variety and challenges of the emergency department. The ability to adapt your template to your way of practicing and what you say in common phrases is truly incredible.
I Look forward to hearing from you!
