Exported document doesn't reflect edits made in Heidi

When generating documents in Heidi from a template, any edits I make are not reflected when I export as a word document. I have to logout of Heidi and log back in and then export the document so that the edits are included.

I am able to create custom templates for AI document creation.
When trying to view/edit documents, my changes do not save.
The only workaround is to delete my template, and create a new one.

Hi Jamie, can you give us a bit more detail about the exact steps you took for your template changes to not save? It seems to be working fine on our end so we want to make sure we can solve your issue!

Save or Save & use.
