When generating a letter or note the date field displays in the European format with date before month but that does not work in the USA. For instance July 3, 2024 should be 07/03/2024 instead of 03/07/2024. Please correct that for notes generated from US based users.

Yes PLEASE! Or allow default setting/setting in preferences for desired display of dates, e.g., American style of MM/DD/YYYY or European style DD/MM/YYYY. Otherwise the note can get quite confusing!!
