Whenever some date is mentioned in the transcript as a year only, Heidi always lists it as 02/XXXX where XXXX is the year, as if it happened in February.

For example if I state "Patient has Parkinson's disease since 2010" Heidi will write "Parkinson's disease since 02/2010."
