ICD code finding is too sensitive

I used Heidi's new ICD coding feature this morning and noticed there is a very long list of possible diagnoses to choose from given the conversation with the client. The most surprising was "Agnosia". When I asked for evidence (great feature btw), it brought me to the beginning of the conversation when we were not yet connected to each other audibly. Technically, this is not making things up, but it certainly is not in context of the entire conversation. So far, I have declined 99% of suggested diagnoses. Just FYI - I know this is early. It'll be great in the coming months!

Just finding with coding it gets foot and ankle codes mixed up. I found this is other systems as well. How about the doctors have a set amount of codes they use. Most common per se. In the settings they add in those codes to tell Heidi to use these. Even if we had codes on a csv file and load them up into heidi. This could decrease the error rate

Absolutely - we've noticed this too. We're tinkering with how it works at the moment. I expect it to get better and better in short order. Leaving this here to follow up as we release improvements.
