Level of detail has decreased significantly.... used to be able to utilize just the 'detailed' version for my psychologist note, but now finding that even the super detailed version is missing points made in my 1 hr sessions... (This has occured since the L/R brain hemisphere functions have been added)

context GP I have experienced this recently as well. significant drop in quality of the notes.

Hi! Yes I did but unfortunately its not picking up the contents of my entire session as well as it previously did. Is it possible that we could have an option to not select either of the left/right hemisphere options so It goes back to how it did before? :)

Rhianna Lovegrove I've noticed similar in my pain clinic consultations

Hi Rhiannon, have you tried switching over to Right hemisphere on the affected note?

Dr. Mo Ismail from Heidi Was this a feature that others were asking for? How is it different from the levels of detail? Seems like it was rolled out without much instruction or setting expectations
Rhianna Lovegrove
Still having this issue unfortunately. The detail of my note has decreased significantly and my whole session is no longer being taken into account. Hopefully can revise please!

Jordan Knapman: This feature is a solution to longer consults missing context and details. I would recommend Mental Health clinicians use Right Brain for long consults, and Left for shorter consults. And using Left Brain for other clinicians, as a general guideline.
The type of brain affect the details and context in the consult, while the voice changes the way your note is written. 'Super detailed' for example will include more patient quotes than the other options.
Did you have try of the two different ones on a note? Did the left one give you a better outcome?

Rhianna Lovegrove Hi all - I'm sorry to hear this release is affecting your notes in this way. I'd love to get in the weeds of what is happening here. Can you email me at mo@heidihealth.com + kieran@heidihealth.com so we can take a look at what's happening? Sorry, Canny doesn't expose your email to me

Andrea from Heidi While the outcomes appear different I'm noticing that BOTH L and R options are missing key bits of information. I have long and detailed patient visits. I'm noticing that both options are also hallucinating some data or taking some things way out of context, at least in my clinical setting.
