Using the parameters above, Heidi seems to consistently not output the patient answer to questions in relation to Cauda equina symptoms. The questions and answers are in the transcript but are not interpreted to be included in the Subjective section of the SOAP notes.

Also, pain on a VAS scale 0-10 is often not reported in the SOAP notes
