Patient information box does not have a 'confirm' box, and does not respond to enter/return

Patient details box is just a box. There is no confirm or 'enter' button.
Current UI behaviour is that the name updates when patient details box loses focus.
This is not how such boxes work in other software. It's helpful that the details update when changing focus, but expected behaviour would be that box have an enter/confirm button, and would also update upon pressing enter/return.
So, to summarise, patient details would update on any of the following:
- Confirm button clicked
- Enter/return key pressed
- Patient details box loses focus
In order to clearly communicate to user, the confirm button should highlight when
any
of the above actions occurs.
