The spelling for your medical terminology uses UK spelling not US spelling. Most commonly that means an ae should be e (orthopedic not orthpaedic), and z is substituted for an s (fertilization not fertilisation).

Theo from Heidi I've just found the setting to change to Australian English spelling thanks to this thread, which is great - BUT it is still spelling the word "recognize" instead of "recognise". Other words have been changed to Australian spelling
