Previously, following a transcription the sessions would appear with a relevant label in the sidebar that would allow for easy identification of the relevant patient encounter. “Chest Pain” for example. As of yesterday, all of the sessions are labelled as “Untitled”.

This makes it considerably more difficult to locate the appropriate encounter. I realize I can add identifying information manually but would advocate for the previous way of labelling continue as a default, I can always change the label if I choose later.
