I am able to create custom templates for AI document creation.
When trying to view/edit documents, my changes do not save.
The only workaround is to delete my template, and create a new one.

Hi Jamie, can you give us a bit more detail about the exact steps you took for your template changes to not save? It seems to be working fine on our end so we want to make sure we can solve your issue!

Don't like it
Click the '...' button, then View / edit template
Edit template
Save or Save & use.
Click the '...' button, then View / edit template

Result: changes have been lost
