"Transcript too short" note-generation error

On all attempted notes from today, it says "Error something wrong happened, try again later." In addition, on one of the sessions it also says "Sorry! Unfortunately, the transcript is too short to generate a note" despite the transcript being 11 min long

Tried creating the note on the mobile app and the web app, same errors. Just started 11/19.

I had the same outcome on few occasions, but it was solved after I clicked "Resume" and said a short sentence, for example"date of the appointment...". Than after clicking "Stop Transcribing" the note generated correctly".
I am not sure what generated the error or why it was solved after resuming. I am also not sure if it would work next time for the same error, just wanting to share how it worked for me, maybe it helps when trying to fix it.

Pleased to say the team has deployed a fix, and we're now manually recovering affected sessions. If you've been affected, please contact support via the messenger icon with your email address and session ID (URL) if available.

Our engineering team has found a solution, and is implementing a fix. We think all of the "lost" sessions are recoverable, and will perform recovery one-by-one.

We're aware of this error, and the team is working on this right now. I apologise for this issue. In the short-term, it does appear to be a Google Chrome-only error. For now, please use a non-Chromium browser like Microsoft Edge. You'll hear back from us soon.

Just had a 35 minutes appointment and the note won't generate. It says the transcript was too short
