I'd like to push a button to record the session Start Time and End Time.

Currently, I try to dictate my start time and end time. But if I start the appointment and forget to dictate the start time, then it's awkward to speak this out loud. Also if I press STOP at the end of the appt without dictating a stop time, then the system starts processing, and won't let me in quickly to dictate the End Time.
