Heidi keeps misspelling local physician, facility and place names. I've used word lists in the past with Dragon to reduce the amount of correction and editing needed but Heidi only allows me to customize my word list by manually entering each word individually. This would save me and my fellow physician here a lot of editing time.

In my rather limited experience (I've only been seriously using Heidi in the last couple of weeks), this deficiency can be attenuated by simple prompting, which is to say that you could include the following in your AI instructions as:
(Recognize the following terms correctly: "Brian Pierce", "Mo from Heidi", "Heidi")
That's why I have seconded requests for "global AI instructions" and "global prompting" that apply to a slew of templates.
Of course, such AI instructions/prompting as substitute for "custom vocabulary" are never "100%". But for me they are relatively effective.
Mo from Heidi
For my learning, roughly how many words do you want to import at once? Brian Pierce And in what format do you have them? CSV, DOCX?

Mo from Heidi I'm thinking whole local physicians address book (Vcard is what is available from our EMR or some other format maybe). Reason is Heidi has to guess many foreign names, mostly right but often wrong

Mo from Heidi I'm not sure of the local data formats. Probably 100 physician names and 100 facility, local geography names would be more than enough for most of us.

Mo from Heidi This upload of data for each user would be good but there might also be a need to upload specific medical terms / names / products that are useful for all users.
