I need the ability to search across all patient notes simultaneously, rather than just individual charts. This would allow me to find and compare cases - for instance, seeing all my multiple myeloma patients and their different treatment approaches, or reviewing all diffuse large B-cell lymphoma cases. Currently, while I can search within a single patient's chart, I cannot perform searches across the entire patient database at once.
