Ability to use RAGs for ongoing, repeated reference of materials without having to add them to specific templates, etc. For instance, would like to be able to add grading scales for different things (lameness scales, heart murmur scales, modified Frankel scores for neurologic disease, etc.) that can be inputted automatically as Heidi scans the transcript and references the RAGs, such that, if I were to describe a lameness clinically, Heidi could list the exam findings, then assign it a grade based on the criteria in the RAG. There would be many potential benefits such as allowing more tailoring of Heidi to individual needs using the RAGs that would allow personalization and make it sound less artificial and more 'in our own voice' for a better output
