To improve on the Replace feature in the Memory tab, I think it would be useful to add a second “database” for common terms. This database would let users save specific terms (like "Dr. X" for correct spelling) in one textbox, and optionally add a more detailed description (such as "The local endocrinologist" or "SWIMs - local musculoskeletal service") in a second textbox. I’m currently adding this manually to my templates in a rounded bracketed instruction to good effect, but having it in the Memory tab seems logical and would avoid duplication between templates/keep them cleaner.
