Currently, I waste time copying out into a word processor. If I could email from Heidi with my clinic's header/footer/logo in the template, it would save time and streamline my workflow.

For the letters (i.e. Patient explainer letter) it would be helpful to allow upload of clinic letterhead to print professional looking letters. My associate does this in our EMR, but using Heidi, it creates an extra step and would be more efficient from a clinic workflow perspective, to print that professional looking letter directly from Heidi.

Ability to customize the templates further by being able to add logo, header, footer, alignment and font sizes

When exporting a document into a PDF, it would be amazing to be able to upload a default letterhead with our logo to streamline the process.

This would be an amazing feature to have for work notes, patient education, referral letters, etc. A streamlined letterhead process would be fantastic.

I prefer the template information on my letterhead so that they can be downloaded in pdf format and printed for mailing to the GPs, and a copy is provided to patients immediately after consultation.

Be able to upload our letter header with our logo etc so that I could just print the referral letter etc from Heidi / save without the additional cutting and paste
