Adding the ability to have client identifier to easier transitions and ability to search/group notes by person

In a different AI software I used there was the ability to add the clients identifier (name, initials, code, etc) into the system and it saved so you could quickly select which client you were seeing. It also allowed the option to search the completed session notes by that identifier so you could view all of their notes together. This would be great for keeping things organized and easily accessible.

The ability to filter sessions via client or date/time would be great
date/time allows me to catch any billing I haven't added to Gensolve.
but the client information needs to be linked.
Also the app doesn't let me link my clients, I have to then do this manually.
Clients need a profile for those of us without integration to a patient software:
Client name
an identifier: ie DOB or other could be anything
Any specific information that Heidi needs for context every time to generate a note or letter: so it can hopefully pull the correct information from here needing less context each note.
Ie Name (Clients Mum) etc... Primary complaint/concerns, SMART goals, other clinicians, Insurance codes or contracts etc.

It would be good to also be able to have a folder per client view and then if you wish to 'close' the session to remove it from your activity list to make it more visually simplified that you are able to do this

Linked Patient Sessions
Kate from Heidi
A way to indicate to Heidi that multiple sessions are from the same person, to ensure that progression and plans can be carried between sessions.

Session Organisation

I would prefer a client/patient focus rather than a session focus. The sidebar has just a contiguous list of sessions that can be associated together as the same patient/client, i would prefer the sidebar itself to be a list of patients/clients that you can click on to then show their sessions. This makes more logical sense than a single homogenous list of sessions.

Orgnize multiple encounter in one patient folder

I would like to see patient encounters organized under individual patient folders. When a patient has multiple visits, all their encounters should be consolidated under that patient's dedicated folder (or another way) for easier access and reference.

is there a way we could organise past sessions into client folders

I agree, this would be a lot easier to find sessions and to also copy and past previous sessions into "context'. It would be great if past sessions from the same client could be automatically added as 'context'. I see longterm clients. Adding context of previous clients will become time consuming

Hi Dr Roupen.
You can do this by linking sessions to a patient profile. When you have you session list open and hover over a session, you will see a linking icon on the right. Here you can create the patient profile by adding their name. Go through your session list to link other sessions to this profile, and as you do this you'll see the list of the linked sessions.
We're working on more features for patient profiles, so stay tuned!

Andrea does this link the encounter info or just patient identifier?

I'd like for Heidi to retain her knowledge of all sessions with a given patient automatically. It would be great if she could use this to pull out signs of real change over time, tie together themes, highlight insights, recall relevant connections, pull information based on specific questions, etc. She must operate as a separate bot trained for each patient so she doesn't conflate information between patients.
