Allow Heidi mobile recording

Appears there is a Heidi mobile app at least in the Android store but not sure if it's actually intended to work yet. Logging in doesn't work and there's some code displayed that I suspect isn't meant to be. Had sent an email about that but hadn't heard anything back. Figured I'd put that here too.

Heidi will not experienced disruption when the phone screen is off.

Keeping a local copy of the audio as a 'safety net' would also improve clinician confidence in the system.

When I used Heidi for the first time, I checked my phone at 3 minutes to ensure it was recording still. Once I finished the appointment, I unlocked my phone and the open web page automatically refreshed, rather than letting me click "stop recording." When I went to check this visit, nothing had been recorded. I need to figure out a way to not have this happen while maintaining the ability to lock the screen. I also wish it saved periodically, because then at least I could have had a transcript of the first 3 mins of the appt.

I agree. I perform home visits and have been needing to dictate using my laptop while connected via hotspot. This seems to work well. When attempting to use my iPhone to dictate, the performance is intermittent. Sometimes the notes will "stick", other times, I will lose the notes.

Yes! Some of us are not clinic based, and frequently 4/5G connectivity is terrible at point-of-care location.
Being able to record/buffer data and allow HEIDI to access when more stable connection available would increase benefits ten-fold.
